Curriculum Design

One of the greatest advantages our YEV members have is access to high-quality education with advanced curricula. Spanning school systems across multiple countries, our volunteers understand the power of well-designed curriculum materials that suit students’ levels and interests.

For the Curriculum Design project, each YEV member creates new materials to share with teachers in Mozambique. Drawing from their own schools’ lessons, the members create educational content in subjects like math, science, music, and art. Using YEV-donated equipment like printers and projectors, teachers are able to download curriculum materials online and use them freely in their classrooms.

Teachers in Mozambique often face challenging environments where creating high-quality, subject-specific lesson materials and content is difficult. To relieve this burden, YEV will continue to create materials tailored to multiple grade levels and help improve the educational experience for both teachers and students.
