Encouraging Educators
Although classrooms at Escola Secundaria de Boane were equipped with a limited number of desks and chairs for students, educators lacked even basic furniture such as desks, chairs, or podiums.
This resulted in extremely challenging working conditions that hindered effective lesson preparation and delivery.
To support the hardworking educators at Boane, YEV donated teacher desks, ergonomic chairs, and raised podiums for 22 classrooms.
This intervention not only established a stable and well-organized classroom structure but also significantly boosted teacher morale and satisfaction, as evidenced by positive feedback from the school staff, ultimately contributing to enhanced overall educational quality at Escola Secundaria de Boane.
