February - March, 2026

• Final resource planning
• Ordering, preparing, and shipping desks and chairs
• Installing secure lighting and ICT equipment
• Website building and development of educational materials

Month 4 - 6

April - June, 2026

• Launch of global mentoring project "We Can Academy"
• Selection of student participants
• Preliminary performance evaluation

Month 7

July, 2026

• Complete installation of additional external lighting
• Placement of 22 classroom desks and chairs

Month 8

August, 2026

• Donation ceremony
• Conducting training on the use of digital platforms for Boane teachers
